Our aim is to aid in the development of players who can take their place in society having learned the right values in a safe, enjoyable environment where every participant in the game is given equal & utmost respect
As such, we embrace the FA RESPECT Initiative and attempt to adhere to it in all that we do.

Through working with the Manchester FA, and local leagues, we will adopt best practice to develop an embedded culture of RESPECT within the club, to which we expect all players, supporters, coaches and officials to adhere.

It is our aim to develop this framework and present to all the above groups of individuals ahead of the 2014-15 season.
